You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
In the case of Billy Bob Teeth and Pacifiers due to hygiene reasons we cannot allow returns on those products unless they are damaged in transit. opened pacifiers and teeth are non-returnable.
Please be particularly careful during the moulding procedures as the secure smile teeth are very fragile. Careful handling is required. Be gentle and follow the instructions very carefully. Any damages that occur during this procedure are not our responsibility. Teeth damaged during this procedure are non-returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you have purchased a shirt and wish to exchange for a different size then you will need to reorder the size required in the normal way and request a return of the unwanted item. the price of the returned shirt will be then refunded on receipt.
You will be responsible for the postage costs of sending the item back and for obtaining a proof of postage to ensure that we receive the item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The shipping details are provided by the buyer and any problems with non delivery or late delivery due to address details being incorrect or incomplete is not our responsibility. Any orders returned due to this will have the order items only refunded. also when special delivery / recorded signed for items are not collected after an attempted delivery and are returned to sender the same items only refund will apply.
Next Day Delivery
We offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day) for UK customers. Orders must be placed by 3pm for next day delivery services. Please note: We do not provide a next day service for a Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday and before 3pm on a Friday using this service are guaranteed for delivery on Monday by 1pm (excluding public holidays) orders placed after 3pm on Friday and at the weekend will ship on Monday.
